Your order will be delivered to a delivery pick-up point near the address stated by you at checkout. Delivery notifications will be sent via e-mail or text message when your order is ready for pick-up.
As soon as your order is shipped we will notify you and you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail or text message with your tracking number so that you can trace your order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account eventual delays caused by payment authorisation, and/or stock availability, and/or complications attached to the operations of the delivery firm.
Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to MEHROTRAsthlm. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
MEHROTRAsthlm insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
MEHROTRAsthlm is not responsible in case of theft or lost parcel after confirmed delivery.
MEHROTRAsthlm offers free returns on all orders.
MEHROTRAsthlm cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from the webshop. If you would like to purchase a different item or colour please return the purchased item and place a new order in the webshop.

MEHROTRAsthlm ensures that all products are checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. If you would find that despite our quality checks your item should be damaged or defective please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive a new item, or a full refund for the item including shipping costs (if paid by the customer) if the item is faulty due to production. If there would be no new one of the same item, we will refund you with the original amount paid for the damaged product (and return costs if paid by the customer), if the damaged product cannot be repaired.

Our products are dry clean only, but dry cleaning is not environmental friendly. To avoid dry cleaning your scarf too often, air it after use to get rid of unwanted
Your scarf can start to pill, this do happen to natural fibres such as wool. If you experience pilling we recommend you not to use a pilling comb or a pilling machine, instead we recommend you to use a pilling stone. This stone is gentler to the fabric when removing the pilling.
If you need to iron your wool/silk scarf, put a sheet or thin towel between the scarf and the iron. Do not iron directly onto the scarf, it can damage the scarf.
The scarf upgrades any outfit and is easy to bring when travelling. We recommend to pack the scarf in the box it arrived in or in its cotton bag to protect it from damage.
The cotton bag your scarf arrived in is also a good place to store it when it is not used. The MEHROTRA cotton bag is also a good protection for your scarf if putting it in your bag when not using it. However, our scarves are designed to be used as often as possible. They look better on you than in your closet
