Your order will be delivered to a delivery pick-up point near the address stated by you at checkout. Delivery notifications will be sent via e-mail or text message when your order is ready for pick-up.
As soon as your order is shipped we will notify you and you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail or text message with your tracking number so that you can trace your order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account eventual delays caused by payment authorisation, and/or stock availability, and/or complications attached to the operations of the delivery firm.
Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to MEHROTRAsthlm. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
MEHROTRAsthlm insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
MEHROTRAsthlm is not responsible in case of theft or lost parcel after confirmed delivery.
MEHROTRAsthlm offers free returns on all orders.
MEHROTRAsthlm cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from the webshop. If you would like to purchase a different item or colour please return the purchased item and place a new order in the webshop.

MEHROTRAsthlm ensures that all products are checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. If you would find that despite our quality checks your item should be damaged or defective please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive a new item, or a full refund for the item including shipping costs (if paid by the customer) if the item is faulty due to production. If there would be no new one of the same item, we will refund you with the original amount paid for the damaged product (and return costs if paid by the customer), if the damaged product cannot be repaired.

Fashion needs to become circular. This means that waste needs to be eliminated. As a starting point we design products which last beyond seasonal trends.
We aim to only use fibres and materials which comes from nature and which are not man made.
The Better Cotton Initiative exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future. By working with GreenKarma, the cotton for products which are developed and designed have been sourced in accordance with BCI standards.
Hypoallergenic fabrics are those that were created without any harmful chemical substance, which are known to be the main trigger for irritation and allergic reactions. Hypoallergenic fabric therefore per definition causes fewer allergic reactions.
The weight of the silk fabric is measured in GSM. The higher the GSM the heavier the fabric is.
